Serial ATA disk drive cable
This SATA hard drive cable, also known as a serial ATA, is used to connect a hard disk drive to the computer.  These types of cables allow data to be sent back and forth to the drive.  Different versions of these cables are available so it is important to check your hard drive and computer for a compatible connector type.
